New Black Belt @ Applied Fight Systems

Carlson Gracie Tonbridge were kindly invited to attend the Roberto Atalla Seminar at Applied Fight Systems, Caterham this Saturday, 6th October.  The seminar was very laid back and provided a wealth of good techniques & positions.  At the end of the seminar Roberto instructed Steve Haydock to fight each of the students, about 25-30 of them, from white to brown belt. Sometime later and after the final fight with Roberto, Steve was awarded his Black Belt.  I think that this is only the second black belt award from Roberto Atalla, his other black belt being awarded in Brazil. 

In addition to this both Jamil Sorougi, Dave Pawan & Matt were awarded their Purple Belts by Roberto.
